The Local Area

We strongly advise avoiding Barnstaple, particularly during high season, traffic congestion here can cause you long delays also we advise avoiding the A39 coastal route, especially if towing, through Minehead, Porlock and Lynton, this is a narrow winding road in places with some very long, steep hills - even though the scenery is spectacular, - leave this for a day trip during your holiday.

We do advise you to exit the M5 Motorway at junction 27 and follow the A361 (North Devon Link Road), following the sign posts to Ilfracombe and Combe martin.

This involves turning right at the South Molton roundabout. After about 20 miles following the A399 to Combe Martin Napps Camp Site will be signposted on your right hand side.
